Limited Warranty Policy on Rebuilt Hydraulic Components

Hydraulic Repair and Design, Inc. (HRD) warrants to the original purchaser of components rebuilt by HRD that should the rebuilt component fail at any time while owned by said purchaser, within one year or 1,500 hours, due to defects in materials or workmanship supplied by HRD, that HRD will repair or replace said component without cost, pursuant to the following terms and conditions.

1. The component shall be delivered to the offices of HRD, freight prepaid, for inspection to determine the cause and nature of the claimed defect.
   
   
2. If found to be covered by this limited warranty, the defective component shall be repaired or replaced by HRD and shipped, freight prepaid, to purchaser.
   
   
3. This warranty shall not cover defects caused by improper use, system contamination, or failure of the purchaser to perform all regular and normal maintenance specified by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Alteration of the component or other use other than specified by the OEM shall void this limited warranty.
   
   
4. OEM installation procedures and guidelines must be followed and documented.
   
   
5. Warranty repairs performed will be performed during regular working hours of HRD personnel as said work is placed in the HRD production schedule.
   
   
6. HRD will in no event be liable for repairs or replacement by others. Components disassembled prior to HRD warranty review shall void this limited warranty.
   
   
7. HRD shall not be responsible for equipment down time or loss of use, overtime, production delays or any other consequential damages.
   
   
8. Use of hydraulic oils or compounds that do not meet OEM specifications shall void this limited warranty.
   

There are no other warranties except as set forth above.

If warranty consideration is ever needed, a proper oil sample from the machine must be on file. The sample must be taken immediately after all proper cleaning is done to the system.

Oil sample bottle with sample procedures and oil analysis test provided by HRD for warranty purposes at no extra charge.
